Was so lovely...Had a gorgeous time with friends over too much food, some belly decorating and chit chat. Received some exquisite gifts (oh to have friends who knit!) I will post pics in the next few days...
The only downer is that I've been advised by one of my midwives I am *not* (please!) to go into labour tonight, as they have had 3 babies in 3 days and no sleep! So that explains why one of them missed my appointment today...she probably just forgot what with all that sleep deprivation! I know that this is a very rare occurance for them (full moon anyone??)...
I was half hoping for a solstice baby. I haven't been feeling really wonderful since yesterday and am really wondering how I will get on over the next few days. But of course it's still a wee bit early and we all know bubs will come when he/she is well and truly ready!
So on that note I think I better chase myself down some sleep!

Babies come when they are ready, well most do. I do hope you get lots of rest so you dont feel too awful. Maybe it is coming soon and that is why your not feeling so great.

Luey was due on the Solstice, and I really hoped he'd be born on his due date, but it wasn't to be... Erik could have also been born on the solstice (was due the 23rd), but we all know how that turned out...
It'll all happen soon, no doubt! Glad you had a wonderful day celebrating the end of your pregnancy!!! Can't wait to see pics!
